Vanessa has over 13 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families, bringing deep expertise in addiction, anxiety, trauma, and grief and loss.
She is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a proven-effective treatment for trauma, anxiety, depression, and anger. Her practice is also informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), giving her a diverse toolkit of evidence-based interventions tailored to each client.
